I turned 26 on December 3rd! Can you believe it? I bet you couldn't tell with my sketchy art. Bet you thought a five year old made it. Soon I will be moving to Newfoundland in order to obtain a Msc in science. I have been looking forward to this but as it draws closer I realize how much I will miss my family and fur babies. I am a control freak so I have a lot of worries. I will be driving to the island so it should be good and my little kitten is coming with me. I am not happy about leaving her in a car while on the ferry (passengers can't be below deck during voyage for safety reasons) but its only 6-8 hours. There are so many opportunities on the horizon! Some of my life goals are still lingering though- like getting sterilized. I won't get into it but I didn't ave insurance for a long time so seeking appointments and such never happened. It is a HUGE lie that Canadians have free health care. It is not free and the wait times are awful.
I will be getting paid for my Msc but I am worried about money still. I don't want to do a second job but I will see how it goes. I will also be celebrating Christmas with just me and my baby kitten so it will be interesting.
Otherwise watching LOTS of movies and My Little Pony and christmas movies in general.Hopefully baking. I am kind of sad because Newfoundland has LOTS of moose but no wolves. I feel like they should just ship wolves to the island...*shifty eyes*. probably save many car owners from moose collisions.
Also, the older I get for some reason when I watch Homeward Bound and see Shadow struggling in the pit at the end- gets harder every time.

-Marley and Me- holy ssssssshhhhhhh I don't even watch this movie any more. Doesn't exist lalalalalala!
-MLP It ain't Easy Being Breezy- the message of pushing your friends away and knowing when to say goodbye.Makes it harder because Fluttershy is the 'animal friend' one.
-Futurama, Jurassic Bark. At the end....can't even keep it together.
-The Iron Giant- SUPERMAAANNNNNNN

Remember that White Fang movie by alphanim being made like waaaaaaaaaay back when? Well apparently it won an award at a french animation film festival and will be distributed in 2017 by Superprod. I am hoping to view it when it DOES FINALLY show up but for a while I thought it was dead.

Shows you watched as a kid
What are some tv shows you watched as a kid? Would you ever want a reboot or movie remake of them? Which ones would you pray to never see a remake?
I was watching youtube and saw a whole bunch from the 90s. I liked mostly shows about animals so if it had an animals theme I probably watched it despite the bad writing. Dog city was one that made me mad at waiting through the narration to get to the cartoons. Dark wing duck and the one about baloo flying a plane I also watched though I'm not sure how the jungle book transformed to pilots...

DA Journal errors
I'm not sure why DA is giving me such heck here...I had to delete a bunch of entries because the scroll style really gives my computer a headache. Oh well looks like...it may get better?
I have been updating with some sketches and I hope to upload more...hopefully coloured. I got a new wacom last winter but I ventured out west for six months and never got the chance to use it. It was tons of fun though. I'm excited for the Friendship Games and The IRON GIANT IN THEATRES AGAIN. Yes. The Iron Giant. In theatres October 2nd! I'm so excited so see it on the big screen again. If you haven't seen it yet I recommend it.

As you may remember, the first time that I cried while watch a movie was Mighty Joe Young. I was surprised. I like gorillas just fine but they are not particularly cute or anything. Subsequently, I have cried while watching many other TV shows and movies. The latest has to be that Jurassic Bark episode of Futurama. That is SO sad.
